For any organisation hoping to survive the coming 7 years of drought and famine, having an edge is not optional and survivability may be as base as just managing to move faster than the next man.  Simplified, the Strategic review is a first step to identify the purpose and objectives of the organisation, to then prioritise and provide focus to procedures that bring those goals to fruition. We at Age Concern East Grinstead have employed RML to this purpose and although the learning curve is steep there has never been a more determined and motivated air to our daily functionality, support is professional and diamond tipped and we believe we would have found the process of change so much more of a challenge without them on board.
